Digitizing Tooling Equipment to create Tool Box Foam Inserts.

AIR NEW ZEALAND

and the

NShot Pro digitizer.

Air New Zealand has acquired a NShot Pro pattern digitizer to digitize 3D objects to their CAD/CAM softwares. The system captures the outline of tools so foam can be cut to house the tooling equipment.

Designed to provide positive tool control, foam tool organizers enhance productivity, tool accountability and asset management. Instead of manually tracing tools, users can take a picture with the NShot-Pro and automatically cut the design out of the foam.

Air New Zealand is based in Auckland and operates scheduled passenger flights to 20 domestic and 31 international destinations in 19 countries around the Pacific Rim and the United Kingdom. The airline has been a member of the Star Alliance since 1999. The Air New Zealand head office is a 15,600 square metres (168,000 sq ft) office park located at the corner of Beaumont and Fanshawe streets in the Western Reclamation Precinct 2, Auckland City. The office includes two connected six-level buildings.
