On a mission to pioneer fashion tech innovation in Paris and beyond, IFA Paris has partnered with fashion technology industry leaders to create a dynamic fashion tech lab in Paris. The Foundry is a 400 square meters space that comprises of co-working spaces, a tech demo room and an experimental makerspace equipped with cutting edge technical equipment. The space will enable member entrepreneurs, startups and students to work alongside each other - creating the opportunity for them to make extraordinary leaps in fashion and innovation. Foundry is open Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm for the general public and industry members to visit; and desk spaces are now available for entrepreneurs and startups inside the lab. Some of the next gen technology the Lab uses include the NShot-Pro digitiser, Lectra pattern making software, IBM, MarkerBot 3D scanning and others.

“We are so proud to be part of the Foundry alongside other

companies that have been changing the future of fashion.

We can't wait to see what the students and members of the

lab create. When you have a space with the latest equipment and a strong creative force, innovation is inevitable. I am a scientist and also an artist at heart. I think the combo of tech and art is what really makes the world advance.”

- Davi Geiger, Co-founder of Nhega Technology.
